Thai Sweet & Sour Salmon Salad

Thai Sweet and Sour Salad Salmon Recipe Ingredients
Serves 1 or 2 people

1 – 6 oz. boneless salmon fillet
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Salad

1/4 cup sliced red and green peppers
1/4 cup sliced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
1/4 cup fresh, cubed pineapple
2 or 3 slices of yellow onion
1 tbsp of cilantro
1 small, fresh clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp. of chopped scallions
1 to 1-1/2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of Sriracha sauce
1/2 tsp of fried chili paste
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Add extra veggies as per your preference…but don’t overdo it.
