Panang Curry with Beef
Serves 1 or 2 people

1 or 2 tbsp. Panang Curry Paste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup of thinly sliced quality beef
1/4 to 1/2 cup of good quality coconut milk
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup zucchini slices (optional)
8 to 10 slices of red and green bell peppers
4 or 5 kaffir lime leaves thinly sliced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. fish sauce
4 or 5 basil leaves
