Pad Pak Boong (Morning Glory)
Serves 1 or people

One bunch (about 4 cups) of pak boong, aka water spinach or Siamese watercress, cut into 3 or 4 inch sections
2 cloves garlic, very finely sliced or minced
1 tsp. of soy sauce
1 tbsp. of oyster sauce
1 or 2 chopped red chilies (add more to make the dish more spicy)
1 tsp. soy beans (optional)
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil for sauteing
