Pad Thai
Ingredients For 2 Servings

8 ounces of Thai rice noodles (similar in width to linguini)
1/2 cup shrimp (chicken, pork, beef or tofu can also be used)
2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 to 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
2 or 3 chives chopped
3 tbsp. small tofu cubes
1 tbsp. of dried shrimp
1 tbsp. chopped peanuts
1 or 2 eggs
vegetable oil for stir-frying
wedges of lime and chopped peanuts for garnish

Pad Thai Sauce:
2 or tbsp. of Oyster sauce
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1 or tbsp. Sriracha sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 or 2 tbsp. tamarind paste dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
