I love my loyal customers!

Thai restaurant

I want to say thank you so much to all of my loyal customers around the Burlington, Vermont area!

When I started my Thai Catering business in Shelburne a few years ago, it was very exciting to share my Thai recipes and food with everyone. I really must thank Alice Levitt at Seven Days, who did so much to help promote me as well as the wonderful people of Shelburne.

Thai Fried RiceSoon after the start in Shelburne, I outgrew the location and found a restaurant to lease in Milton. It wasn’t long before I started to attract many new loyal customers from Milton, Essex, Burlington and even as far away as Belvidere and Derby, VT!

We even had customers from Florida and San Francisco stop by regularly. Wow, how cool is that?

Running a big restaurant was not easy and I spent far too much time having to deal with hiring help and everything else. I decided a big restaurant was not for me so I have been looking for a small cafe type location for the past two years. Unfortunately, such locations are very hard to come by or have zoning issues, etc. Yes, I am still looking and I would like to buy the building myself rather than lease if that is possible.

Thai Recipes

In the meantime, I still get many calls and emails asking “when are you going to open (a restaurant) again?” I hope soon. I am planning my annual vacation to my home in Thailand but when I return, I hope to find a location in Chittenden County, Vermont. Please let me know if you see anything that may be suitable for a small cafe, where I can put my Thai recipes to the wok again for your dining pleasure.

Thank you so much. I miss you all!
