Kae’s Back in the USA and Cooking Again!

After a month in Thailand, Kae is energized and back in the USA ready to do what she does best…cook Thai food! We are working on another Udemy Thai Cooking Class for her but visitors to her website can get access to the current course, free of charge (for the first 50 people)! Please take a moment and post a good review for Kae. This will help her a lot and assist with Udemy’s promotional efforts.

In this video, Kae is preparing her deliciously fresh Thai Spring Rolls that she used to serve in her restaurant. The good news is that Kae is now taking orders for some of her dishes, which she will prepare for you to pick up or local delivery. Yes, she’s still looking at either leasing or purchasing a small cafe type building, with proper permitted uses. We recently looked at a place in Colchester but there were issues with the sewage capacity and parking. Always something! Someone suggested the former Apollo, Rowans diner in Milton but that would have been a bit too big. Also, as everyone knows, Milton is a bit of a ghost town during the day so we’re trying to find a location that has a lot of traffic passing by or near businesses, schools, etc. that would provide enough daytime customers.

As a matter of fact, if YOU would like to create your own course on Udemy contact Alpine Web Media at 802-233-3261, we can create one for you. Courses include just about everything from computer technical to travel and lifestyle subjects. There are even music courses for those who wish to teach piano, guitar lessons, etc.

My name is Kae and I was born in Thailand. I was trained as a chef at a prestigious hotel in Bangkok. After that, I owned and sold several seafood restaurants in Thailand. In 2012, I came to the USA and opened a Thai catering business which led to a full restaurant.

  1. Samantha Laframboise says:

I miss your food! We would visit your restaurant weekly when you were in Milton and would very much enjoy dinning with you again. Always fresh and yummy!!

  2. The old Greg’s Meat Market in Middlebury is going up for public auction soon. It would be a great place for a small cafe, grocery items, and take home. The town is vibrant from the college and people are eager for something new!
